Dhiraj Kunwar

Dhiraj Kunwar is a senior banker with more than 25 years of experience across Retail, SME, Commercial Banking and Real Estate finance. Before joining CBD, he held leadership roles at RAKBANK, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Mashreq and HSBC. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at RAKBANK, overseeing its SME and commercial banking businesses, retail branch network and real estate finance portfolio. He has also contributed to the UAE banking sector as Co-Chair of the UAE Banks Federation’s SME Committee. Dhiraj holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from IBS Hyderabad and has completed the Executive Programme in General Management at MIT Sloan School of Management.
