Dina Paoloni is an internationally educated nurse, nurse leader, career coach, author and founder of Nurses Move®, which supports internationally educated nurses to integrate, progress and thrive within healthcare systems. Across more than 23 years in nursing in Italy and the UK, including experience with the U.S. Embassy, Dina has worked in emergency care, critical care, clinical research, independent research, education and leadership. Her team was recognised by the Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery with the Best Cardiac Nursing and Allied Health Professional Team Award for its quality-improvement work.
