Dina Thakker

Dina Thakker is Head of Medicines Optimisation for Primary Care and Community Pharmacy across NHS South West London ICB. She has extensive experience in commissioning, digital transformation and service innovation, with a particular focus on harnessing technology to improve prevention and utilising community pharmacy to improve population health outcomes. Her current work includes pioneering community pharmacy-based prevention programmes, including the FibriCheck AF Detection Service, which combines digital monitoring, risk stratification and integrated clinical follow-up to identify atrial fibrillation earlier and reduce stroke risk.
