Dominic Dalli

Dominic joined Sovereign in 2002 and is responsible for deal execution as well as driving the firm’s strategic direction. He oversees operational matters alongside his fellow partners and is a member of both the Investment Committee and the Management Board. As lead partner on a number of investments, Dominic is closely involved in portfolio oversight, with a particular focus on the development and delivery of Buy & Build strategies. He leads Sovereign’s Healthcare & Pharma Services sector team and is also active in the Business & Technology Services sector. Prior to joining Sovereign, Dominic led the healthcare team at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance in London, where he advised venture capital investors and corporates on mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare sector. Dominic is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a BA (Combined Honours) in French and German from the University of Exeter. He has two grown children and lives in South London.
