He studied Business Administration at Saarland University and brings over 20 years of experience in building, scaling, and developing service-oriented businesses in life sciences. His focus lies on private equity-driven growth strategies, buy-and-build approaches, and the operational scaling of companies, including the integration of AI and technology-enabled solutions. He works closely with investors and management teams to optimize business models and drive sustainable value creation. Dominik M.
