Dominique Austin Bruno

Head of Learning & Development at MHA, an independent member of Baker Tilly International. A qualified accountant, experienced public speaker, and recognised learning professional, Dominique has spent nearly two decades creating engaging and impactful learning experiences within the professional services sector. Before moving into accountancy, Dominique earned an MSc in Archaeology and worked on archaeological projects with the University of Cambridge. It was through archaeology that he developed a fascination with cultural change, human behaviour, and how people adapt to new challenges and environments. Those interests continue to shape his work today, influencing his approach to learning, professional development, and organisational culture. Following qualification as an ACA with PwC, Dominique transitioned into the accountancy learning and development profession, where he has focused on creating training programmes that are both technically rigorous and professionally motivating
