Dr Anish Jindal

Anish has over 20 years’ experience in clinical practice, academia and research. He is consultant optometrist at Phoenix Hospital Group and principal optometrist in glaucoma at Moorfields Eye Hospital. He was the first optometrist at UCL to achieve Associate Professor and principal fellow status and has held senior educational roles at UCL and Moorfields. An experienced independent prescriber and national glaucoma expert, he has contributed to over 100 publications, presentations and lectures. His research interests include glaucoma, dry eye, artificial intelligence and advanced clinical practice, with a focus on improving patient care through education and technology.
