Dr. Marvin Lee

Marvin LEE joined Quantinuum as Vice President and Country Leader to lead the operations and strategic growth in Singapore, bringing a unique convergence of policy expertise, commercial acumen, and scientific depth. Before joining Quantinuum, Marvin served as a Director at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in Singapore, aligning data, AI and compute capabilities with national priorities and industry demands. He previously spent several years at the National Research Foundation (NRF), where he helped develop and secure Singapore’s National Quantum Strategy and worked closely with the National Quantum Office to strengthen the country’s quantum ecosystem. Prior to this, Marvin was the Vice President of Semiconductors at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), where he led negotiations that delivered Singapore’s first multi-billion-dollar wafer fabrication investment in over a decade. Marvin holds a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford.
