Dr Reuben Ayeni is a construction planning, project controls and digital construction specialist with extensive experience supporting the planning and delivery of complex housing, regeneration, education and mixed-use developments across the UK. His career has included senior planning and leadership roles, where he has worked closely with project, design, commercial, procurement and construction teams to improve programme certainty, coordinate delivery strategies and strengthen project controls. Reuben holds a PhD in Digital Construction Management and Economics from London South Bank University, with research focused on the application of artificial intelligence, predictive modelling and explainable AI to construction project performance.
