Dr. Sergej Kapustin

Dr. Sergej Kapustin is a senior financial executive with more than two decades of international experience, specializing in strategic risk management, distressed assets and capital outcomes. He currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer and Member of the Management Board at CKB Banka, Montenegro’s largest and leading financial institution, part of OTP Group. Prior to his current mandate, Dr. Kapustin worked as Chief Risk Officer and a member of the M&A team at an Asia-Pacific bank, where he led comprehensive transformation initiatives and balance sheet optimization efforts. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Risk Officer for the Russian subsidiary of OTP Bank.
