Dr Sharon Chan-Braddock (DProf)

Dr. Sharon Chan-Braddock is a highly experienced clinical academic and Advanced Practice physiotherapist, specialising in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Medicine. With extensive experience spanning clinical practice, education, research, and quality improvement, Sharon has contributed to MSK advancement at both regional and national levels. In 2024, she became the first physiotherapist in the UK, and internationally, to achieve dual recognition as a Fellow of the Society of Musculoskeletal Medicine (SOMM) and a Member of the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (MACP), which is a recognition of meeting consultant level of practice and International MSK standards of practice set by IFOMPT. Sharon has been actively involved in postgraduate education since 2009.
