Dylan Alldridge

Dylan Alldridge is the Deputy Director for Strategy & Coordination at Police AI, the new national centre for responsible adoption of AI in policing. He is also SRO for the Police AI Threat Hub within Police AI. He was previously Head of Innovation and Lead for Artificial Intelligence within the UK Office of the Police Chief Scientific Adviser (OPCSA). Within OPCSA Dylan held responsibility for system leadership in innovation across policing, promoting joint investment and collaboration on common challenges across local, regional, and national policing bodies. Working across government and national security agencies to build greater S&T cohesion between policing and wider partners, including as the policing capability lead for deepfake detection. Dylan has held positions in UK Home Office and policing, spanning a range of operational and strategic leadership roles across Serious & Organised Crime, Intelligence, and Analysis.
