Edin Basic

Edin’s career started in the basement kitchen of a busy Italian restaurant in Paddington, washing dishes. He worked his way from KP to head chef, general manager and area manager before moving into entrepreneurship and co-founding Firezza. Over the following years, he helped grow the business to 250 employees and 17 sites, culminating in its sale to Pizza Express in 2016. Since then, Edin has remained close to the industry, co-founding an international pizza chain, launching two UK food brands, angel investing and helping F&B founders start, scale and exit their businesses. He has also built a strong reputation as a LinkedIn creator and personal brand specialist for F&B professionals.
