With 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Edward is a passionate leader with creative flair. His mission is to transform the already thriving country house estate into a local community hub, with local food at the centre. In addition to hiring a new head chef and kitchen team, Edward has established partnerships with award-winning farmers, fishermen and wineries in the Surrey Hills to enhance the food offering and give a local flair to the experience.
