Elena Boesenberg

Elena Boesenberg is Head of Digital Training & Media at TKMS, where she leads an interdisciplinary organisation across software development, simulation, 3D, training design, project management and quality assurance. Her work focuses on digital training and simulation for naval platforms and on how new technologies can be integrated into scalable training capabilities. She is particularly interested in how autonomy, human-machine teaming and increasingly connected systems will change the way naval forces train and assess readiness.
