Ms. Elena Stepanov brings extensive operational and managerial experience in the hospitality and tourism sector, distinguished by solid expertise in strategic marketing and in strengthening ANTRIM’s positioning on both the national and international markets. A visionary leader deeply committed to the development of tourism in the Republic of Moldova, Ms. Stepanov combines managerial rigour with a remarkable ability to turn funding opportunities and partnerships into tangible results for the sector. As Executive Director of ANTRIM, Ms. Stepanov coordinates a broad and diversified portfolio of projects funded by European and international sources, including EnoGastroDEST (Interreg Europe, dedicated to sustainable experiential eno-gastronomic tourism), CAST (Interreg Danube Region, transforming communities through culture), DIONISAI (COSME, the European smart wine tourism ecosystem), Herispreneurship (Black Sea Basin, leveraging cultural heritage for the benefit of the creative industries
