Elise Walker

Elise Walker is the Data, AI & Integration Director at Boots, leading the strategy, platforms and teams that enable data, integration and artificial intelligence capabilities across the organisation. She is responsible for delivering connected, scalable technology foundations that support colleagues and customers across Retail, Healthcare, Beauty, Digital, Opticians and Supply Chain, whilst driving the enablement of AI tooling to transform how Boots works and serves its customers. She is a passionate advocate for diverse talent in technology, a supportive coach and mentor, and is proud to have been recognised as one of the Top 20 Women in Data & Tech 2023 by Women in Data®, as well as contributing to award-winning teams including IT Team of the Year at the UK IT Industry Awards 2022 and British Data Award Winner 2022.
