Elizabeth Põder

Elizabeth Põder is an international showjumper and co-founder of Chemipower Labs, the Estonian company behind Carnosport. A member National Equestrian Team who has competed at World Cup level, she has spent her life in a sport where training load, recovery and the limits of the body decide results. An accident at the 2020 Estonian U25 Championships led to what is now Carnosport, a 4% L-carnosine gel applied directly to working muscles. Developed with pharmacologists, elite athletes and doctors, made in Denmark, and is now used across four continents by national squads, Olympians and Ironman teams.
