Ella Savell-Boss

We are excited to introduce Ella, a qualified BACP accredited person-centred and gestalt therapist and NSPCC accredited safeguarding trainer. Ella provides safeguarding and child protection training and consultancy to organisations both nationally and internationally. With over 20 years of experience within safeguarding and education, she delivers innovative, engaging, and up-to-date training sessions on a variety of subjects. Ella supports clients with safeguarding reviews, supervision, policy writing, support and training. Ella's background in counselling aids her ability to effectively support organisations with wellbeing, mental health support, and supervision for staff, children, and families. Her extensive qualifications and accreditations include being an International Safeguarding Trainer, Conference Chair, Keynote Speaker, Home Office Approved Prevent Trainer, and Mental Health First Aid Trained, among others.
