Ellie Mason

Ellie Mason is an Early Years and Inclusion Advisor working across the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. With nine years' experience in education, including seven years in the early years sector, she has previously worked as a Key Stage 1 Teacher, EYFS Teacher and EYFS Phase Lead. In her current role, Ellie supports nurseries, schools, SENCOs and inclusion leads to develop high-quality inclusive practice and improve outcomes for children with SEND. She leads Early Years SEND funding panels across the Bi-Borough and has helped shape initiatives to strengthen ordinarily available provision, supporting settings to meet a wide range of needs within inclusive environments. Ellie designs and delivers professional development for practitioners and SENCOs and coaches new Early Years SENCOs and inclusion leads.
