Elliot Foster

Elliot Foster is Head of Wellbeing Strategy at SuperWellness, where he helps national and global organisations move from one-off wellbeing initiatives to strategic, whole-system approaches. Alongside his role as the Course Director of the Accredited Level 5 Diploma in Leading Strategic Workplace Wellbeing. He is also a founding advisory board member of the Flourishing Organisation Standard, a workplace wellbeing framework developed from a review of 57 existing frameworks and models, that helps organisations gain a clear road-map of what they need to improve upon to move beyond "support" focussed wellbeing. His work focuses on bridging research and practice. He helps wellbeing professionals build credibility with senior leaders, make the business case for investment and demonstrate real impact. Elliot speaks regularly on the evidence base for workplace wellbeing and what it takes for organisations to truly flourish.
