Em Beasley

Em Beasley is a Principal Data Scientist driven by deep curiosity, a love of complex problem-solving, and a genuine passion for people. With a background in mathematics, Em discovered data science early in their career at Aviva and has since built broad experience in multiple teams across the organisation. Em currently leads the Commercial Lines Pricing Analytics team, who use data, analytics and modelling to support pricing decisions and deliver better outcomes for customers and the business. Alongside their technical leadership, Em is passionate about developing others, building inclusive teams, and creating environments where people can thrive.
