I'm Emanuela Ciotti, Head of Enterprise Analytics at Compare the Market, leading analytics engineering, customer, commercial and product analytics to put data at the heart of decision making. My focus is turning complexity into clarity - shaping data strategy, aligning teams around meaningful metrics, and bridging analytics engineering with advanced analytics so our models power forecasting, experimentation and real business impact. My journey began with a Master's in Mathematics from the University of Bologna where I built a strong foundation in problem solving and analytical thinking. I started out a data analyst before moving into analytics engineering and product analytics leadership. Since then, I've built and led multidisciplinary teams, designed scalable data strategies, and partnered with senior leaders to embed analytics into strategic decision making. For me, great data leadership isn't just about technical excellence - it's about bringing people together, simplifying complex
