Emilia Sobolewska

Dr Emilia Sobolewska is a Lecturer and Researcher at Edinburgh Napier University, specialising in Human-Robot Interaction (HRI), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), and User Experience. She leads the Human-Robot Interaction Group and co-leads the Emerging Technologies Group, fostering innovative research collaborations across academia and industry. Until recently she held a role of Director of Sensorium, a biometric research lab. Her work bridges theory and practice, exploring how people engage with technology and designing interactive, educational aspects of social and humanoid robots.
