Emily Cooke

Emily Cooke is Programme Manager at the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, where she leads the Youth Justice team. She works to ensure that all young people, particularly those within the justice system, can access the DofE programme, overseeing delivery across prisons, secure units and Youth Justice Services. Emily previously served as a Police Constable with Hampshire Constabulary and has also worked with The King’s Trust, supporting young people at risk of offending. She is passionate about delivering projects that create meaningful social impact, with a strong focus on youth development and criminal justice.
