Emily Viarnaud is the Operational Project Lead at Cash Converters, specialising in continuous improvement, customer experience and organisational transformation. Over the past 20 years she has helped organisations including Nestlé, BT, SSE Telecoms, Costa Express and the British Quality Foundation redesign processes, improve customer journeys and build cultures of continuous improvement. Emily is passionate about making complex problems simple. Her approach combines data, operational insight and collaboration to help organisations create consistent, customer-focused experiences while empowering the people delivering them.
