Emma is currently Senior Director in Technical Development at Orchard Therapeutics, working on developing and qualifying ex vivo HSC gene therapy manufacturing processes, on a pipeline spanning preclinical through to late-stage products. Prior to this, she has worked at Autolus on the process and analytical development of CAR T cells and UCL on anti-HIV gene therapy
