Emma Tallini

I worked for 15 years initially in mixed then in small animal practice gaining a certificate in surgery. I then diversified into education and worked as a senior lecturer in clinical practice and Clinical Programme Lead at Surrey Vet School. In this role I designed and embedded a full immersive simulation programme into the curriculum, my teaching predominantly involved professional skills and small animal surgery. I currently work in small animal practice; I work as an academic tutor in surgery for BSAVA and I work for Vet Led running immersive simulation and human factors training. I have taught debrief training and simulation training at undergraduate level, on new graduate programmes and as CPD programmes for experienced vets in practice. I have a Masters in Higher Education and I am a Senior Fellow of Higher Education Authority.
