Erick Rincón Cárdenas

Erick is a Lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario, with Postgraduate degrees in Financial Law and Contract Law, a Diploma in International Electronic Commerce from the Universidad del Externado, a Diploma of Advanced Studies D.E.A. and a Masters in Commercial Law from the Universidad Alfonso X, and Doctor of Law from the Universidad Europea. He is currently a partner of Rincón Cárdenas & Moreno, President of Colombia Fintech, and Associate Professor of the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Universidad del Rosario.
