Esther Carter is Chief Strategy Officer at PackUK and a sustainability leader with deep expertise in driving systems change across the packaging, recycling, and consumer goods sectors. She has collaborated with major brands and businesses involved in EPR reform, such as P&G, Mars, Amcor, and Dow, to deliver practical solutions for circularity. Prior to joining PackUK she served as Global Director at Delterra, leading their "Rethinking Recycling" program in Latin America and South East Asia.
