Eugene Neale is Director of Business IT and AI Operations at loveholidays, where he helps turn the company’s ambition to make travel simpler, more accessible and trusted into practical technology and operational change. As part of the technology leadership team, Eugene works across business IT, customer experience, AI, security and automation. With nearly 20 years’ experience in IT leadership, infrastructure and business technology, he has held senior roles spanning Microsoft, uSwitch and Zoopla. At loveholidays, Eugene has helped shape the company’s cloud and conversational-AI journey, including the development of Sandy, its AI customer-service assistant, and the wider adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the business.
