Starting her career in Operations at Goldman Sachs, Ffion later moved into a data role within engineering. With experience across modelling, governance, and analytics, she is now Global Lead - Data Modelling & Data Analytics in the Global Banking & Markets division. Passionate about helping more girls and women discover careers in STEM, Ffion joined Girls in Data at the start of 2026 as Regional Lead.
