Filippo Chiari is VP- Director Data & AI at ASOS, where he leads the company’s AI strategy and transformation, with a focus on scaling AI from individual use cases into an enterprise capability and transform ASOS workforce into agentic-hybrid organization. His work spans Agentic AI, AI-powered customer and commercial experiences, ML, Applied Science, data and AI platforms, AI Studio and the transformation of operating models around human–AI collaboration. With +20 years of experience, before joining ASOS, Filippo held senior Data & AI leadership roles across international organisations and F500 (VF Corp, Kering, YNAP, Deloitte, Oracle) and has extensive experience turning data and AI into business impact at scale.
