Flo is a veterinary surgeon and commercial leader with extensive experience across the veterinary sector, spanning clinical practice, pharmaceuticals, portfolio management, marketing and business strategy. She currently works as Head of Business Development at Vetsure, where she leads strategic sales and marketing activity across Vetsure’s key business areas, including its pet health plan offering. She works closely with independent veterinary practices to understand the challenges they face and develop solutions that support their growth, efficiency and long-term sustainability. After graduating from the University of Bristol in 2018 she spent three years working in clinical practice before moving into the pharmaceutical industry where she held commercial and strategic roles within Zoetis and then H&H Group for their direct-to-consumer brands.
