Francesca is Edelman ‘s UK Workplace Advisory Lead. She has worked across the entire communications spectrum in a career spanning two decades but has developed specialisms in change communications and culture transformation work. Passionate about supporting people in a positive way through change, Francesca has advised some of the world's largest businesses on major digital transformations, team restructures, employer brand and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging to name but a few. Francesca’s background is varied, which she believes helps in her work to bring people together, provide compelling workplace and employee experiences and solving complex situations for some of the world’s biggest businesses. Francesca is a dual national and speaks French, German and Italian.
