Fraser MacLean

After 12 years in Senior Roles within the Transport Industry Fraser put his life savings into equity in a business in the North of Scotland and grew that business over 5 years before selling to a trade buyer. After 4 years working for the company who acquired his business, Fraser did it all over again with M&H and has grown the business to over 300 vehicles and 500 staff operating from 20 locations in the North of Scotland. M&H were the first to implement electric vehicles and charging infrastructure to the Highlands and Islands when they introduced 10 electric vans to their fleet in 2021.
