Gabriela Valdes

Gabriela is part of Bloomberg’s Electronic Trading Sales team in Australia, working with buyside and sellside firms to modernize and evolve their trading workflows. Her focus is on making trading simpler, more efficient and highly automated through electronic execution, RFQs, trading automation, transaction cost analytics and access to better liquidity and trading insights. She works closely with institutional trading desks as they look to reduce manual processes, streamline execution and make greater use of technology across the full trade lifecycle. Gabriela has spent over ten years at Bloomberg, starting her career in Singapore before moving to Australia. During her time at Bloomberg, she has worked across global teams and a broad range of electronic trading solutions, with a particular focus on exchange-traded markets including equities, ETFs, futures and listed options.
