Ganiemete Shabani

Ganimete Shabani FCCA FCMI is a senior finance transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience across complex, project based environments spanning construction, infrastructure, consultancy, the public sector and the charity sector. Her recent career has included senior finance leadership roles on major UK infrastructure programmes, including HS2 and HARP, where she has led improvements in financial governance, reporting, controls, forecasting and management information, strengthening commercial visibility and decision making across complex organisations. Her broader experience includes finance transformation, development of reporting frameworks, team leadership and improving the quality and reliability of financial and operational information used by senior leadership. Ganimete is a Fellow of ACCA and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, and completed the Senior Leadership Level 7 programme with Imperial College Business School and Corndel with Distinction.
