Gareth is a geophysicist with more than 20 years UKCS and international experience, specialising in seismic interpretation, reservoir characterisation and opportunity maturation. He has built a career around extracting maximum value from seismic data, integrating structural and stratigraphic interpretation to reduce subsurface uncertainty and support exploration, appraisal, and development projects. At NEO NEXT+, Gareth supports the maturation of near-field and infill opportunities across a diverse asset portfolio. Working closely with geologists and reservoir engineers, he is a strong advocate for innovative geophysical workflows that improve the efficiency and consistency of subsurface evaluations, enabling faster insights and more informed business decisions.
