With over 26 years in the beauty industry, Gemma began her career as an in-flight beauty therapist for Virgin Atlantic before building a thriving, 12-strong team and a Dermalogica Platinum account. Passionate about education, apprenticeships, and ethical leadership, she is a strong advocate for industry regulation and advanced skin treatments.
