I have worked for the NHS for 32 years primarily as an occupational therapist in mental health services. 8 years ago I made a move into quality governance and moved into a general hospital, just before Covid (great timing). For the last four years I have worked as a service improvement business partner with a responsibility for developing the Quality Management Systems training that is being delivered group wide. I have a masters in occupational therapy, a doctorate in professional studies and have just completed my post graduate certificate in clinical education.
