He has over 16 years of experience across banks, EMIs and payment institutions. He specialises in complex corporate banking setups for local and international clients, covering KYC, due diligence, transaction monitoring and cross-border structuring. His work also includes payment processing and merchant acquiring for fintech and e-commerce firms, as well as compliance solutions for higher-risk businesses. Because he works across onboarding, AML and payment infrastructure daily, he sees directly how agent-initiated transactions will test current identity, consent and liability frameworks.
