I have spent the last 18 years leading cross-functional teams of varying sizes to deliver success at strategic, operational and tactical levels. Combining project and programme management along with consultancy skills teams I have worked with have had national and international impact. Most notable achievements include: - Leading the military geospatial data support to the COVID pandemic. Delivering innovative pan-Government data analytics and situational awareness at a scale and reach never before achieved. Over 1200 users in numerous government departments . - Designing and delivering the largest multinational military geospatial data training event in the world with 21 different countries taking part. - Creating and executing the most innovative and ground breaking adventure training event in a multi-national setting to recreate the Heroes of Telemark saboteurs raid in Norway.
