Geri Kirilova is a Partner at Laconia, a New York seed firm investing in applied AI for enduring industries. Laconia backs serious founders in sectors like finance, healthcare, and retail, where its network opens doors to customers before it invests. Founded in 2015, Laconia is now deploying its third fund, with a portfolio including Ocrolus, Bluefish, and Yuvo Health. Geri was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Venture Capital and graduated from NYU Stern. Born in Bulgaria and raised in New York, Geri began her venture career at Credo Ventures in Prague and LAUNCHub in Sofia. Now based between New York and Zurich, she backs founders on both sides of the Atlantic and supports European startups with US market expansion.
