Ghanshyam Upadhyay has over 30 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Data Analytics, primarily in the insurance and banking/finance industries. Currently, Ghanshyam leads the global data science function at Gallagher Bassett (GB), a division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., driving the development of Generative AI applications and machine learning models across multiple geographies, including the USA, Australia, and the UK. Previously, Ghanshyam contributed to a wide range of data and analytics solutions for leading insurance organizations, including AXA Belgium, AXA Germany, AIG, Chaucer Insurance, Trustmark, and AON Affinity Insurance.
