Giacomo Guido is a pizzaiolo, entrepreneur and founder of Stile Napoletano, a contemporary pizzeria established in Chester, United Kingdom, in 2018. Originally from Campania, Giacomo has built his professional journey in the UK with the ambition of expressing Neapolitan pizza through a personal vision that brings together tradition, research and contemporary thinking. Over the years, Stile Napoletano has established itself within the British and international pizza scene, receiving recognition and attention from the industry. Today, the project is entering a new phase of evolution, extending beyond dough and ingredient research towards a more complete gastronomic experience, where pizza, cuisine, service and design come together. Giacomo’s work remains deeply connected to his Neapolitan roots while constantly looking forward, with the aim of contributing to a new interpretation of the contemporary pizzeria.
