Giulia Cuccurullo is a globally celebrated bartender whose creative ingenuity, refined technique, and visionary leadership have established her as a highly influential figure in modern mixology. As Head Bartender of the Artesian bar at The Langham, London, Giulia meticulously crafts world-class cocktail menus, consistently pushing boundaries with a signature style defined by elegance, simplicity, sustainability, and originality. Born and raised in Naples, Italy, Giulia initially pursued architecture at Federico II University. However, her passion for creativity found a new medium behind the bar, where she channelled her design sensibility into the artistry of cocktails. After honing her skills at some of Europe’s most esteemed bars, she joined Artesian in 2018 and rose to the position of Head Bartender in 2021.
