Grace Apea is AVP, Product Marketing & Market Insights at Equisoft. Before that, she was AVP of Product Development, helping build Equisoft's agency management system and workflow modules, work rooted in the mechanics of commissions, licensing, and agent onboarding. Over 20 years in FinTech and InsurTech, she's worked on 60+ projects with carriers and MGAs across North America, almost always at the point where the carrier meets the field. That lens now shapes how she thinks about AI and modernization in distribution-heavy businesses. She's an active member of LIMRA/LOMA, NAILBA, CLIEDIS, CAILBA, and FundServ, with a BS from Waterloo.
