Graham Lee brings to the GBA over 14 years’ experience of sustainability and ESG in mineral supply chains. He has led responsible sourcing and supply chain due diligence projects for some of the largest global automotive and technology companies, and has contributed to thought leadership on the future of mineral stewardship for the World Economic Forum and others. Graham is passionate about the societal challenge of scaling up critical mineral production and battery manufacturing to drive forward the clean energy transition, without creating further harm to people and planet. Prior to setting out on his sustainability career, Graham served as a Captain in the British Army. Earlier, he trod a highly quantitative academic path, and he relishes the confluence of information technology and sustainability in the battery passport programme.
