Greg Sherwood MW is one of the wine trade’s most respected fine wine commentators, buyers, and judges. Born in Pretoria, South Africa, Greg spent his early years travelling extensively around the world before pursuing a career in wine in London, one of the world's leading fine wine centres. He became a Master of Wine in 2007, joining an elite group of wine professionals who have achieved the industry's most prestigious qualification. Based in London, Greg has built an international reputation through his deep expertise in fine wine, particularly South African wines, while maintaining extensive knowledge across the world's leading wine regions. He is a regular contributor to leading wine publications including Decanter Magazine, Club Oenologique, and Winemag, and serves as a senior judge and panel chair at some of the world's most respected wine competitions and industry tastings.
